We serve the Parish area called 'Edensor'
which includes Gom's mill, parts of Blurton, the HollyBush estate, Cockster
Brook estate, the Longton Hall area and the Seddon and Red House areas.
To check that St.Pauls is your Parish church please go to
parish finder, put in your
postcode and then on the parish finder page, point to your location on the map. This will
show you the parish boundaries and tell you in which parish you live.
If you've been part of Church for six months or more, you don't need
to live within the parish to get married or to celebrate with a Thanksgiving
or Baptism service. After all, you're part of the family!
We are a very 'Children friendly' church and have a family style approach
to our gatherings on a Sunday and mid-week. Why not pop along to our
carers & toddlers group on a Thursday at 10.30am & you'll get
to meet some of the other 'little people' and parents too! Alternatively,
give the church office a ring and our Baptism team will pop around and
meet you at home.
Why
Baptism? Feel free to come and join us any Sunday at 10.30am
to have a look around and we'll help you to make the arrangements for
your big day.
Why
get married?
Funerals
A funeral at St. Paul's Church provides opportunity
for friends and family to express their grief, to give thanks for the
life which has now completed its journey in this world and to commend
the person into God's keeping. Please contact us via the church office
if you would like to discus things with us.
More
information
Grieving is a natural and important part of coming to terms with
and healing this loss and it may continue for several months. Please
let us know if you need our support and prayer during this difficult
time.
